Ingredients 1 1/2 cups quick oats 1 cup almond milk 125g plain greek yoghurt 1 scoop Boomers 100% Natural Grass Fed Whey Protein Concentrate Powder 1 tsp vanilla stevia 1/4 cup apple sauce 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder Mix ingredients until combined and let sit for 5-10 minutes Then add: 1 egg, whisked 100g chocolate chips Grease muffin tin with butter or coconut oil.
