Protein Choc-Chip Cookie
PROTEIN CHOC-CHIP COOKIE RECIPE 🍪 serves 12

Ingredients
👉🏻 1/2 cup Boomers whey protein isolate
👉🏻 1/2 cup peanut butter
👉🏻 1/4 cup brown sugar
👉🏻 1 large egg
👉🏻 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
👉🏻 1/4 tsp baking soda
👉🏻 3 tbls chocolate chips

Method
1️⃣ Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celcius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2️⃣ In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips
3️⃣ With a small spoon, portion the cookie dough by tbls and place on prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten.
4️⃣ Bake for 5 to 6 minutes, until edges are golden brown
5️⃣ Place on wire rack and allow to cool for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
