Ali's Naked Omelette Fingers

This recipe is great for anyone trying to boost their protein intake at breakfast! ⁠

Ingredients:

  • 3 large free range eggs
  • Half scoop Boomers WPC protein powder
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  • Spray of EV olive oil

Method:

  • Whisk eggs and protein powder in a bowl
  • Add freshly ground black peppercorns - to taste
  • Spray skillet slightly with EV Olive Oil
  • Gently cook on very low heat, and cover with lid for 2min until "set"
  • Fold omelette onto itself, and cut into fingers
  • Enjoy!
