Nut Butter Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1 scoop Boomers WPI Powder 2 Tbl nut butter of choice 1/2 ripe banana, sliced finely 1 Tbl unsalted nuts of choice METHOD Pour milk into a mason jar and stir in the nut butter until mixed Add sliced banana and rolled oats Stir well until all ingredients combined Place lid on jar and refrigerate overnight In the morning, add the almond milk and stir.  Sprinkle nuts on top and enjoy!   NUTRITIONAL VALUES - Serves 1 (approx.)  Calories 523 | Protein 40g | Fat 20g | Carbohydrate 51g   Recipe...
