INGREDIENTS

For Smoothie

For Topping   

  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 handful grapes
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 handful blackberries
  • 1 Tbl sunflower kernels
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha

METHOD

  1. Blend protein powder, yoghurt, kiwi fruit, banana & honey to make smoothie
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl
  3. Top with sliced kiwi fruit, grapes, blueberries, blackberries, sunflower kernels & chia seeds
  4. Dust with matcha and serve immediately
