Nut Butter Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Boomers WPI Powder
  • 2 Tbl nut butter of choice
  • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced finely
  • 1 Tbl unsalted nuts of choice

METHOD

  • Pour milk into a mason jar and stir in the nut butter until mixed
  • Add sliced banana and rolled oats
  • Stir well until all ingredients combined
  • Place lid on jar and refrigerate overnight
  • In the morning, add the almond milk and stir. 
  • Sprinkle nuts on top and enjoy!
