Boomers Protein Pizza Base

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees, fan bake
  • Line oven tray with baking paper
  • Mix protein, egg, oats, coconut oil and salt in a bowl
  • Add water and keep your hands moist to mix into a dough
  • Knead on a board to create a thin base
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked
  • Remove from oven then add your favourite pizza toppings
  • Bake for a further 10 minutes

Serves 1. Enjoy!
