What you will need:
- 1 Cup unflavoured coconut water
- 1 Scoop of Boomers Whey Protein
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 3 Tsp lime juice
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence
- Dice the apple and blend well with the coconut water
- Add remaining ingredients and blend through
This recipe will silence any coconut water doubters! With its delicious citrus flavour it resembles a Pina Colada!
