What you will need:

  • 1 Cup unflavoured coconut water
  • 1 Scoop of Boomers Whey Protein
  • 1 Granny Smith apple
  • 3 Tsp lime juice
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence

Method:

  1. Dice the apple and blend well with the coconut water
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend through

This recipe will silence any coconut water doubters! With its delicious citrus flavour it resembles a Pina Colada!
