Recipe (makes 2L)
2-3 overripe bananas
1 lebanese cucumber
2 generous handfuls of mint
2 handfuls spinach
500ml coconut water
2 Tbsp raw cacao
2 Tbsp Boomers Protein organic vegan brown rice protein powder
1 Tbsp Supergreens (optional)
2 handfuls ice
Blend until smooth & enjoy. Place in glass jars for a delicious snack ready to go!
